Well I have found my stitching mojo. I have my third finish for this year. Unfortunately I cannot say that I started it this year. This is a free pattern from Caron. It is called Olympic Spirit Tree. The original pattern called for gold and silver stars. I decided to change the stars to the colors of the Olympic rings. I used Dragon Floss, Weeks Dye Works, Needlepoint Silk, Gentle Art Sampler Threads...well a bit of everything I had in my stash. Anyway, I thought it turned out pretty nice.
